Bob's counting tabs 2

He thought to always keep a collection of tabs on his belt, so if he ever forgot how many pets each family had, he could always look down. Because he could not count though, whoever looked like they had more marks on their tab had more pets. For example, the Smith family had more marks than the Bernoulli family. The Smiths had 3 dogs, 4 cats, a bird, and jumping spider. Now the Bernoulli family only had 4 caterpillars, 2 slugs, and a frog. He knew the Smiths were pet hoarders at that point. From then on, he lived forever knowing that all the families would still have more pets than him... because he could not remember to feed his fish every day.
