Nicht in Stein gemeisselt - change is the constancy.
ilvia: Es hat mit Widerspruch zu tun. Man weiss es ist kein Stein. Diese Kunst widerspiegelt das Leben und man muss alles fliessen lassen um es zu erfahren. Der Stein mit seinen Einschnitten, Kratern, polierten Stellen und Unebenheiten gleicht unserem Leben: as life it is imperfect perfect.

Himal: To your naked eye it is a stone, but it is not. It doesn’t matter what it is, as it carries energy. The energy that it carries can be either positive or negative. It could be harmful or protective. Every living item has energy, rocks are full of millions of years of energy. Therefore a neverending source of energy. And energy is part of the artistic expression.

Jason: It represents constant changes in life. Therefore there is nothing written in stone. 3 of all: There is interconnection and magnetic energy to all items and livings. The „stone“ withholds the energy of the artist and the viewer. For that allow the change to enter your life and embrace the energy that comes with change.

We just met at the Land-art party and Finissage of the exhibition „Steinreich Rheinreich“ and enjoyed a great time together at the museum and painting stones that are to be seen on the adjacent stairs to the museum.
